We care about our products and strive to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it does happen from time to time that an order gets damaged during transport or something else occurs that gives you a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that comes to light within two years of delivery of the goods.
If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period of time. A reasonable period is at least two months. Under certain circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in a timely manner, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.
